Installation of 'anyContact innoACD' App

anyContact innoACD is available in the innovaphone App Store and can be installed directly via the central app management interface.
The app can be deployed as usual via the innovaphone App Platform and integrated into existing environments – without any manual installation steps.

This chapter describes the manual installation using the separately available app installation file.
