Configuration of anyContact innoACD

To operate the 'anyContact innoACD', the setup of three different object types is required:

1. Applications, used for administration and for assigning agents to the skill-based routing

2. Waiting Queues, which are to be managed via innoACD

3. Agents / Users, who participate in the routing through innoACD
